VILLA RAVELLO II

This beautifully hand-crafted custom home overlooks the fairway in a private setting on an oversized half-acre lot at Prestwick in Plantation Bay.  The many hours of thoughtful care, attention to detail and love being poured into this home is evident.

We used fiberglass doors (they won’t warp, rust or shrink), energy efficient appliances and three heat pumps, extra insulation in walls and attic, sound insulation in bathroom walls and bedroom areas.  We have zoned living space for maximum privacy, yet provided areas for family interaction and entertainment.  This house is designed to meet today’s living needs and still be flexible enough to meet the requirements of future generations.  The Villa Ravello II is truly a blend of old-world charm and craftsmanship with today’s modern conveniences.  Please, enjoy!
